How to download your digital product on Shopify

1. Add the digital product to your shopping cart and follow the prompts to check out.

2. After you complete your purchase, you will see an order confirmation screen with a Download button. Click Download to save your files to your device.

3. You will also receive an email from our store with a download link. Open the email and click the link to download your digital files.

4. If you checked out using a Shop account, you can also access your downloads from your Shop order history.

5. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we will assist you.
